Passports will not be shipped.
You can pick up your passport on the day you visit us at any activity station by presenting your receipt to the Christmas Land Elf at that station. You MUST have your emailed receipt in order to obtain your passport You can pick up passport any day we are opened or when you come to visit , They don't need to be picked up ahead of time
***Santa Disclaimer***
Santa will be moved to the main building this year to allow for physical distancing for family photos. For the safety of Santa, and all our customers, children will not be sitting on Santa’s lap. Santa will be in a safe space and the experience will still be wonderful and magical. All Santa photo visits will be purchased online by appointment this year in half hour increments to make the wait times shorter. We will form a physical distanced line inside the main building.
