How do I schedule a Photo with Santa?
To schedule your photo, purchase a passport here! Make sure to bring your order confirmation when you visit!
Where is my order confirmation email?

Your order confirmation may take a few minutes to arrive and may be sorted into a different folder.

​Please add [email protected] to your contacts so that your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) will not sort us into a hard to find place.

If you do not see the confirmation in your inbox, your email provider likely sorted us into the following:

​Yahoo typically sends order confirmations to your inbox.

​If it is not there, please check your spam and trash folders on the left side of your screen.

Gmail typically sends order confirmations to the Promotions folder in your inbox.

​​To get there, click on your inbox on the left side, and click on Promotions directly above your emails and look for Christmas Land. Example below:

Outlook typically sends order confirmations to the Junk folder.

​​To get there, on the left side of your screen, click on Junk Email and look for Christmas Land. Pictured below:

Can my ticket be refunded?

We do not grant refunds for tickets, but we are able to change reservation dates if needed.  

When can I pick up my order?

Purchases can be picked up Nov. 25 – Dec. 17 on Saturdays and Sundays, between 10am and 6pm.
Pick up when you come to Christmas Land, you don’t have to pick up right when the order is ready!
We are closed to the public during the week!
Please note that all cookies are homemade each week and sell out fast.

Is Christmas Land just for children?

Not at all! Adults with or without kids are welcome to enjoy our outdoor attractions:
