For the past 2 years , our elves have worked tirelessly to create a comprehensive plan that is designed to keep our customers safe during the Christmas Land event. The safety of our guests is, and will remain, our top priority this season. As we all know, all businesses have been forced to adapt new and innovative service systems in 2020, and Christmas Land is no exception.
We have the great advantage of outdoor space located in Altamont New York with the majestic Helderberg Mountains as our backdrop and we intend to maximize this as much as possible. We hope you appreciate and respect the following operational adaptations for this year’s event, all designed with customer safety in mind.
