All proceeds will go to 501c3 Seeds of Endless Hope in memory of Frankie the Train's inspiration; Frankie LoRe, a bright young man who suddenly lost his life 6 years ago on November 30, the same day Christmas Land is opening this year.

It features many activities inside & out for children and adults on a large farm area in Altamont, NY. Santa will be sure to make  you feel like a kid again & believe in the magic of this glorious season.
